Yes, but you agree that the organiser may take photos and audiovisual recordings that may include you. These recordings may subsequently be used without any entitlement to remuneration.

Yes, for security reasons every visitor is required to undergo a personal security search and a check of any items brought in.

No, bringing your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks into the festival is prohibited. Drinks confiscated at the entrance will be disposed of.

Each wave = a different price. The earlier you buy, the less you pay. Once the first wave sells out, the price automatically goes up to the next one.

The festival is cashless, which means all payments are made without cash using a wristband or a chip card. Top-up stations will be available on site, where you can load credit by card or in cash. This makes paying at bars and stalls faster, safer and more convenient. After the event, you can get the remaining balance on your wristband refunded online by following the instructions we’ll publish once the festival is over.

The festival is for visitors aged 15 and over. People under 15 may only enter when accompanied by a legal guardian.

Yes, unless the event is sold out. However, we recommend buying in advance, when tickets are cheaper and your entry is guaranteed.

A professional medical team is on site and will give you first aid if needed. If you don’t feel well, contact security staff or the organisers immediately.

For security reasons, re-entry to the venue is not permitted. Your wristband will be removed when you leave the venue.

Your ticket will be sent to the email address you entered when ordering. If you can’t see it, check your Spam, Promotions or Bulk folders. If you still haven’t received it, contact our customer support, who will send you your ticket again.

The festival gates usually open at 12:00 (noon). However, we recommend following our social media and official announcements, where you’ll always find the latest information and any changes to opening times.

Items found at the venue will be handed in to the info booth. After the festival, you can contact customer support, who will help you track down lost items.

Yes. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme. We’ll let you know about any changes (line-up, set times) in good time.
