Who is NobodyListen

NobodyListen, real name Jakub Strach, is a Prague DJ, producer and composer. He made his first hip hop beats at fourteen, went through the Red Bull Music Academy in Paris in 2015, and also made a name for himself as the organiser of the Addict parties, which featured international guests too. In his sets he combines progressive electronic music with rap, and he has played festivals such as Colours of Ostrava, Pohoda and Metronome.

With Václav Rouček he forms the duo VR/NOBODY, whose album Yet. (2015) was nominated for an Anděl Award; the record Proud followed in 2017. He has also produced for Slovak rapper Gleb, released the EP Strak with Rohony in 2020 and later began working closely with the Milion+ label: with Yzomandias he made the album J. Eden E-gen (2022), and with Nik Tendo the record Pattern (2023). 2023 also saw his joint album with Annet X, Koukej se mnou, and 2025 the project Alternative für Disneyland with Berlin Manson. He also composed the music for Bohemian Gravity, part of the ballet triptych bpm at the National Theatre (premiered 2022).

At The Culture he played the Winter Edition in České Budějovice on 21 February 2026.
