Who is Shimmi

Shimmi, also known as Justkidolive, is a young Slovak rapper. He released his debut project Obyčajné Deti in 2019 and has been putting out music at a rapid pace ever since; his releases are distributed by Virgin Music.

Next came the albums COLORS (2020), KIDDO (2021) with guests Separ, Nik Tendo and Saul, YO (2022) and BENIHANA (2024), which featured Yzomandias, SIMILIVINLIFE, Nik Tendo, Hugo Toxxx and Luca Brassi10x, among others. In 2025 he released the collective project Stereodr*gy with Conspiracy Flat Studio and, in November, the album YOLO with SIMILIVINLIFE and Loudz1; the preceding YOLOADING... series included the single “VOGUE” with Calin. In February 2026 he followed up with the record YOLO AFTERPARTY. He also guested on Nik Tendo and NobodyListen's joint album Pattern.

He performed at The Culture in Liberec in 2023.
