Who is Gleb

Gleb, real name Gleb Veselov, was born in 1991 in Pyatigorsk, Russia, and grew up in the Bratislava district of Ružinov. He started rapping at thirteen, initially over drum'n'bass beats, and has long drawn inspiration from British culture and grime. He calls himself a “gopnik-intellectual”. He releases music on the F*CK THEM label, formerly known as I LOVE PARTY PRODUCTION.

After mixtapes such as Stanica Zoo (2013), whose production NobodyListen also worked on, he released his debut album Lavička Pimpin' in 2017 with guests such as Smack and Fobia Kid. The breakthrough came with the record Gauč Storytelling (2019), full of stories from Bratislava's housing estates, which went platinum and was picked by Radio Wave as its record of the week; that same year he performed at the Pohoda festival. It was followed by the EP Leto v kufri (2020) and the albums Big Boy FM (2022), DLHÁ CESTA DOMOV (2024), PODOKNAMI with Samey (2025) and MHD FLASHBACK (2026), featuring the track “FOTOALBUM” with Smack One.

He performed at The Culture in Liberec in 2023.
